Classes open to everyone! Wear comfortable clothes and bring your own mat or rent one at VentureOut for $2. This 1 hour class is every Tuesday and Thursday at 10:00am - Slow Flow with Lori.

-Paddle Board-
What to know

This 45 minute class, Fridays at 5:00pm, will get you ready to get out on the water. Get the basics of SUP paddle boards at VentureOut. We use balance discs under the paddle board on land to get you comfortable with the feel of water without being on the water!
